Decred v2.1.1 is out!
This is a new major release. Some of the key highlights are:

- Exclusion timeouts for disruptive StakeShuffle mixing participants
- Less bandwidth usage for StakeShuffle mixing messages
- Configurable maximum overall memory usage limit
- Higher network throughput
- Faster address decoding
- Hardware optimizations for hashes
- Various updates to the RPC server
- IPv6 zone support
- Discrete mining cancellation support
- Infrastructure improvements
- Miscellaneous network and protocol optimizations
- Quality assurance changes
dcrwallet:
- Several improvements to help reduce the number of manual rescans needed
- StakeShuffle mixing enhancements to increase speed and robustness
- Unmined tickets will no longer be incorrectly pruned in certain rare circumstances
- Better stability for transactions and staking operations
- Improved interaction with Voting Service Providers (VSPs)
- Wallets now support birthdays to improve efficiency
It is extremely important for everyone to upgrade their software to this latest release even if you don't intend to vote in favor of the agenda.
